A personalised training plan, tailored to you, for a goal or race you want to target based on detailed information about you. The plan will include session plans for each run as well as any cross training or other sports you do. Guidance on stretching and strength training will also be provided. Payment in advance.

Online Run Coaching
Initial running consultation via phone and questionnaire, an evolving training plan updated online and bespoke to you. Regular phone or Skype conversations if required. Flexible options for email support. Ideal to get fit or to build to a target event. Payment in advance, 2 week cancellation policy.
Monthly payment package to suit your needs
Online Technique Course
Personalised and individual remote running technique analysis. An initial technique assessment and plan to tackle any target areas identified. Email support, progress calls, personalised plan of activities to follow up and two further video analysis sessions to monitor progress and suggest further things to work on.

Coached Training Session
A structured training session tailored to you with a coach to motivate you, help you achieve your goals and give training and technical tips on the run. Payment in advance, 48hr cancellation policy.
1 hour £35, buy a block to save
Run Technique Analysis
A face to face run technique session to give ways to improve your running form, help increase speed and avoid injury. Your running, posture, balance and movement will be videoed and analysed with plenty of time to practice any form tweaks and exercises to help your form. A full report will be provided after the session. Payment in advance, 48hr cancellation policy.
